• 2 second floor master bedrooms with attached ensuite bathrooms
• 2 guest bedrooms and bathroom on second floor
• private office with computer and high speed internet
• fully equipped kitchen, eating room, family room (with wood fireplace, TV and audio system), main floor laundry room, powder room, living room with 51 inch wide screen TV and home theatre system and dining room.
• Access to outdoor patio and propane BBQ(in season)

As a retreat/vacation home, guests enjoy the above B&B features (except that breakfast is not provided) plus the following features:

• a large sunroom with a heated indoor pool, sauna and steam room,
• an exercise room,
• total privacy in the home. There is only one set of guests at a time.

• 1 night rate: $125.00/$90.00 double, $115.00/$85.00 single
• Yellow room
• Bright and comfortable, queen size bed, bureau and desk, private or shared washroom
• 1 night rate: $105.00/$75.00 double, $95.00/$70.00 single

Retreat/Vacation Rental Rates:

• 2 Guests - $450.00 (2 nights) $1500.00 weekly
• 3 - 4 Guests - $400.00 (1 night) $1850.00 weekly
• 5 - 6 Guests - $450.00 (1 night) $2050.00 weekly
• 7 - 8 Guests - $500.00 (1 night) $2250.00 weekly

Discounts are available for longer stays and if the indoor pool, sauna and steam room are not included in the house rental.

10% rate premium for Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving periods

Rates do not include GST. Cash and travellers cheques and email interac money transfers are accepted.

50% deposit on retreat / vacation home bookings and some B & B bookings. Cancellations over 30 days receive a full refund (less 20% administrative fee). Cancellations under 30 days receive the above refund only if the time period can be rebooked.

Professional services are available upon request and are subject to availability. These services include food purchasing/stocking, esthetician and massage. Other requests can be handled on an individual basis.
